MEX Digital is expanding its sales team and is looking for experienced and talented Sales and Business Development professionals with experience in cryptocurrency to join the team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall marketing and content strategy of MEX Digital, setting goals and objectives in alignment with the founders.
Experience bringing products to market in a FinTech company environment.
Perform research on the Crypto market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of our business.
Analyse user experience and identify potential improvements.
Brainstorm and come up with ideas of new campaigns to meet the objectives.
Create and conduct analytics reporting key insights with proposals and tactics recommendations.
Build and lead the crypto marketing team and manage relevant marketing communities.
Experience with social media, content marketing, video production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/communications or 3+ years marketing/communications and experience as a crypto product manager.
Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and DeFi ecosystems.
Understanding the strategic and competitive position of MEX Digital and communicating it to external parties.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Extreme focus on quality of work and a strong eye for detail.
