MEX Digital is expanding its sales team and is looking for experienced and talented Sales and Business Development professionals with experience in cryptocurrency to join the team in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent crypto client relationship management throughout the sales process.
  • Focus on goals and results whilst striving to surpass targets.
  • Manage crypto client transaction flow.
  • Leverage cryptocurrency data and analytics to add value and deepen client relationships.
  • Originate new business autonomously.
  • Generate reports and analytics on existing clients to gain insights on trends for review with senior management.
  • Facilitate the identification, sales, and onboarding of new client relationships across all products.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve existing workflows.
  • Promote cryptocurrency sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market, and industry developments.
  • Support the Ebury strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, written call reports via Salesforce, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Develop crypto sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to analyze cryptocurrency market.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have 3+ cryptocurrency trading experience.
  • Must have diverse risk management experience over managing large foreign exchange and commodity risks.
  • Must have experience with cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
  • Must have Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, VBAs).
  • Must have experience in cryptocurrency operations.
  • Quick decision-making skills are necessary.
